Construction material has been the key trade for FICSSB since it first commenced business in 2016. We have primarily been involved in infrastructure projects and with the supply of construction materials and which mainly fall under the purview of FELDA Group. Some of our notable projects include road resurfacing and drainage works, the construction of staff quarters and a community hall and ancillary works. FICSSB was appointed as an official sales agent for the compact water treatment system, and has supplied the units all over Malaysia. As part of its growing business, FICSSB also supplies building and infrastructure construction materials to over 200 clients mainly contractors who have secured projects under FELDA. Our supply range includes premix, concrete, steel bar, bricks, pre-cast components, roofs, and mechanical and electrical components. As part of its expansion pipeline, FICSSB also caters beyond FELDA’s scope including external parties.

In 2020, FICSSB underwent a revised business plan to include Agro and food-based products and services. This is in-line with FELDA’s new initiative to include cash crops and livestock under Program Pembangunan Peneroka (PPP). The programme aims to enhance the quality of life for FELDA settlers and to create job opportunities. Some of the products include smart fertigation systems, equipment and machinery, cattle pens, greenhouses, irrigation systems, minerals products, fertilizers, pesticides, monitoring systems, crops output and the bi-products. As part of its expansion pipeline, FICSSB also caters beyond FELDA’s market.
