Land Development

As part of the efforts under FELDA’s Program Pembangunan Peneroka (PPP) in utilizing land banks and to improve settler’s welfare FICSSB focuses on developing integrated agro parks. This will ensure sustainability based on people, profit and planet. Our products include:

• Feedlot facility
• Feed mill factory and farm
• Slaughter house and meat processing facility
• Warehouse and other related facility

Our long term plan also includes the construction of small scale industrial and commercial development which includes factories, warehouses, distribution centers, accommodations, and shop lots.
